Jacobus North - Wie klingt eigentlich Licht?

Jacobus North's starting point was an observation: new street lamps were or are being installed in front of his room window, so that there are now three different lighting situations. There are street areas that are still lit by the old lighting, areas with new lighting, and areas where both light up in parallel. The color of the light differs greatly and accordingly changes the perception of the environment as well as human behavior. The old perception will gradually be forgotten if there are no forms to preserve it - for example in tones. His work is the beginning of this search for a tone scale for the color values
